Pagels Group is a powerhouse real estate team encompassing three generations of family and carefully selected colleagues known for their skill, experience and results. Since its formation nearly 12 years ago, the team has continually evolved. They are nimble, adapt to change easily and are always at-the-ready to skillfully guide their clients through the process of buying and selling, no matter how complicated the transaction. Nationally ranked among the top ½% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents, Elaine is a long-time recipient of the BHHS Chairman’s Circle Award. She's a results-oriented, collaborative leader who fosters her team's success. She's built her own success by continually providing her clients key market and property information throughout their real estate transaction to help them make informed decisions.
Brita was educated as an urban planner and art/architecture historian. This training, paired with her vast knowledge of the Chicago and suburban markets, makes Brita an ideal broker for relocation clients, buyers and sellers of all life stages, plus investors and developers. She also has hands-on experience with moving, having relocated regionally, nationally and internationally both in childhood and adulthood.
Lucy Hilt has been a real estate broker in the Chicago metro area since 1976. Lucy specializes in buying and selling in DuPage and Cook counties, plus relocations domestically and internationally. Lucy's complete commitment to her clients' real estate interests, hardworking nature and positive attitude has resulted in lifelong clients who refer her to family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.
Sara has spent her entire career in training for the multifaceted job of real estate! From working with pre-teen deejays in radio (problem solving) to being an advertising account executive (nurturing client relationships) to copywriting for John Deere (marketing prowess), Sara can handle the many moving parts of real estate with ease and confidence.
Dan is a lifelong resident of Illinois with more than 20 years of small business ownership, where he worked with clients in the entertainment industry and deaf and hearing-impaired communities. This is where Dan honed his skills in client commitment and communication. He listens carefully to his clients, building relationships based on trust and customer satisfaction.
With the amount of transactions Pagels Group generates, the team could not function without its Director of Operations, Lynn Hill. With more than 15 years' experience in the real estate industry, Lynn is an invaluable team member. She manages team operations including transactions, marketing, client engagement, and high-level planning and strategy.
